Service Overview
We received instruction from PEPE’S head of franchises to conduct a Fire Risk Assessment of the premises which is used as an establishment that serves fast food. They are a popular fast food franchise, with a number of shops across the UK.
Challenges We Overcame
The only challenge faced from our side was that we had to ensure that both the head of franchise and the property owner understand the issues raised and implement a robust plan of action to remediate the issues identified in a timely manner. We raised the importance of communication between store managers and head of franchise to make sure that the required actions will take place in order to safeguard their stores.
